These semi-attached infill homes in the inner city community of Bankview were designed to compliment the established standards of the neighborhood. After extensive consulting with the city, a design was achieved that satisfied the municipality, the community, and the owner.

What began as a typical bi-level house in North Glenmore has evolved into a 2800 sqft, 5 bedroom executive home. This design had to accommodate the owner's large family and meet the guidelines of the city. The project encompasses a second story addition and a total redesign of the main floor.
